Dr. Neil Hirschenbein is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He also has a PhD. in clinical psychology from Boston University. He attended medical school at the University of Illinois, Chicago and completed his Residency and Fellowship at the University of California San Diego (UCSD).
Fifteen years ago, Dr. Hirschenbein’s practice became more integrative, and he became Board Certified in Anti-Aging Medicine (the first group of physicians to become Board Certified in Anti-Aging); and Board Certified in Holistic Medicine.
He also has achieved three nutritional certifications. He is a CNS (Certified Nutritional Specialist); a CCN (Certified Clinical Nutritionist); and DANLA (Diplomat in Advanced Nutritional Laboratory Assessment.
Dr. Hirschenbein has been prescribing Bio Identical Hormone Replacement since 1993, and he has treated several thousand men and women.
Due to his experience and reputation in Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, he has been asked to present at multiple National and International Conferences, thus, this office has patients throughout the U.S. and across the world.
Dr. Hirschenbein practices Comprehensive Medicine treating each patient as a unique individual and trying to find the underlying reasons for symptoms and not just treating the symptoms.
